What ProfitWorth does

ProfitWorth is a pricing and profitability decision tool designed to help users evaluate what a job may need to earn before they commit to a price.

ProfitWorth may use information such as materials, labor time, hourly pay, additional job costs, markup, and desired business profit to calculate a recommended quote.

Estimates only

ProfitWorth provides estimates based on the information you enter.

Results are not guarantees of profit, revenue, job performance, customer acceptance, or business success.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you enter and deciding what price to charge.

Not professional advice

ProfitWorth is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or business advisory software.

Information and calculations provided by ProfitWorth should not replace advice from a qualified professional when professional advice is appropriate.

User responsibility

You are responsible for:

• entering accurate job information
• reviewing calculations before using them
• determining whether a recommended quote is appropriate
• complying with applicable laws, taxes, licensing requirements, contracts, and business obligations
• maintaining appropriate records for your business

ProfitWorth should be used as one input in your pricing decision, not as the sole basis for important business decisions.

Saved information

ProfitWorth may allow you to save job evaluations locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining any records you need outside of ProfitWorth.

ProfitWorth is not intended to serve as a permanent accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, or document-storage system.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of ProfitWorth as the product develops.

We do not guarantee that ProfitWorth will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Purchases

ProfitWorth is expected to offer Lifetime Access through a one-time purchase.

Final purchase terms, pricing, restoration behavior, refund handling, and applicable store policies will be governed by the version of ProfitWorth released through the relevant app store.

These Terms will be updated before paid access is publicly released if additional purchase-specific terms are required.

Intellectual property

ProfitWorth, its branding, design, software, content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use ProfitWorth for your personal or business pricing activities, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the software or website except where applicable law specifically permits it.

Third-party services

ProfitWorth may link to or rely on third-party platforms or services, including app stores and external websites.

Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

ProfitWorth is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that ProfitWorth will meet every business need or that every calculation, feature, or result will be suitable for every situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ProfitWorth and its owner will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of or reliance on ProfitWorth.

This includes losses resulting from pricing decisions, lost profits, lost opportunities, customer disputes, or inaccurate information entered into the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ProfitWorth changes.

Updated Terms will include a revised effective date.
